DSI staff, DSI clients, nonprofit technology consultants, nonprofit intermediary organizations, vertical market associations, academic partners, competing vendors, complementary information tool vendors, think tanks, government agencies, philanthropies.

Strategy and Activities

Research to determine access points and opinion leaders in stakeholder groups.  Identified intermediary organizations and strategy to partner with intermediary networks, competing vendors, academic/think tanks, and complementary information tool vendors.  Developing and implementing an advisory board of key stakeholders and initial corporate philanthropy program.  Conducting customer feedback process to connect a community of users to project development and promotion within nonprofit opinion channels.

Outcomes

Project still active.  Potential strategic partners have been identified and contacted. Product communication materials and processes have been enhanced.  Advisory board and philanthropic program being initiated.
